The problem
Why we built it.
A property search can become a collection of browser tabs, duplicate listings and forgotten follow-ups. A shortlist needs a workflow, not another spreadsheet.
What the application does.
- Browse aggregated listings and filter by source, price or bedroom count.
- Move shortlisted properties through custom stages on a tracking board.
- Keep notes, agent-contact records and feedback with each property; archive and restore listings.

A Python listing pipeline and a Tauri desktop application share the same SQLite store.
The Rust core handles storage, while a Python sidecar runs the listing pipeline.
Transactional migrations and update rules preserve tracking notes when listings are refreshed.
